What if the weather is bad?

I will keep a close eye on the most recent weather forecast starting about 2-3 days before our session.  If need be, we will either adjust your session time or bump it to another date for no additional fee.  I always add in extra days to my schedule allow for flexibility (we do live in Minnesota after all!) but I would say I rarely have to completely reschedule a session.

Can we bring our pets to the session?

Absolutely! Pets are ALWAYS welcome at Sugden Farm. We have had people bring everything from horses, donkeys, rabbits, dogs and more! There is ample room for horse trailers as well. If you have a dog that likes to take off running be sure to keep them on a leash. I typically do all pet photos at the beginning of the session so we can let your pet relax the remainder of the time. (We also have a few friendly farm cats that live on our property and are very curious--and quite often will follow us around, too!)

How long does it take to get my photos?

Depending on the time of year, turnaround time can range between 2 and 4 weeks. The day of our session I will update you on what you can expect. Your final gallery will be fully edited and retouched and uploaded to a private online gallery to view and order your digital files and prints.  Digital files start at $25 each and prints start at $50, with bundles and collections available to make the ordering process easy and fun!

Can I choose a different location?

Yes!*  Portraits are meant to be meaningful, so if you would prefer to have your session held somewhere else just reach out.   Any session held within 20 miles of Sugden Farm is no additional charge.  For destinations beyond that, a mileage fee will be added onto your final invoice.   (*Travel available with Full Session only).
